Mark is the founder and managing Director of Propago Real Estate ('PRE'), a recently formed UK real estate investment asset management business. The philosophy of the business is that investment in real estate should be focussed around deep experience in and understanding of property cycles to optimise timing for acquisitions and realisations; a strong emphasis on income as the key component of return and the delivery of that income and value enhancement through well planned and executed asset management.Mark was previously co-founder of Millar Kitching Ltd in 1991, an advisory and asset management business which grew to have £1.5bn of assets under property and asset management on behalf of overseas and UK institutional investors. The business was was sold in 2005 to a competitor listed on the London Stock Exchange. In 2008 he co-founded Cording Real Estate Ltd, which grew to become a northern European investment management business with offices in UK, Germany and Netherlands. The business was acquired by Edmond De Rothschild, the Geneva based private bank and subsequently became part of its real estate platform, Edmond De Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management.
