As a delegate to the Intenational Federation of Red Cross Societies (IFRC) I am one of a select group of IT-Telecom volunteers deployed to international operations to help set up radio, computer network and other needed technologies. I have served as such in places like Uganda, Suriname and most recently Haiti.

As a Disaster Reserve Manager for the ARC I deploy within 8 hours to disaster sites to oversee installation of headquarters networking, communications, satellite communications (VSAT) and other technologies necessary to aide the operation. I have managed on all levels of operation (I - V) and have co-ordinated teams from one to over thirty staff. Additionally I now serve as part of IT-Emergency Response Units for the IFRC (International Federation of Red Cross/Red Crescent Societies), deploying to sites such as Haiti, Suriname and Uganda.
