These assemblies can also require load testing and or pressure testing (gas or hydro). Examples: - Tree and tubing hanger running tools- Dummy Tubing hangers- Test Stump assemblies used to test our subsea XT's.- Actuator override toolsPrior to November 2014 I was responsible for the procurement of machined components across 4 suppliers within the UK such as:- Tubing hanger jewellery- EH5 penetrators- Subsea XT caps - Managing the pre-weld machining of composite valve blocks/smaller wing blocks. My day to day duties include: - Analysing and selecting RFQ's/supplier selection. - Placing and managing purchase orders. - Ensuring all quality issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Communicating order status' to the rest of the business. - Managing and communicating suppliers regional performance. - Analysing situations quickly in order to make the best decision to suit the business' needs.- Expediting the manufacture and delivery of components.- Negotiating cost savings. - Working to legal and techincal requirements. - Ensuring HSE regulations are adhered too. -
