Deploying high standards of technical practice in Systems Integration while supporting the capture, development and management of requirements on a number of high-profile and often complex programmes:•Liaising with all stakeholders of the project, managing their expectations and timescales. Stakeholders included the supplier, BT senior management, BT Operations, offshore developers, test teams and the retail customers.•Working on web based applications, migrating from cold fusion to DotNet. •Using scripts to create extensive automation frameworks in order to test the web based applications. Cross Browser testing, capturing results and reporting the wins and losses to the stakeholders.•Using scripts to create extensive automation frameworks to regression test Intelligent Network billing and reports.•Using HP Quality Centre to create test cases and detailed reports including KPIs.•Receiving, loading and testing software deliverables on a week by week basis with continuous liaison with the developers. •Supporting the development and use of systems architectures through the appropriate use of tools and techniques.•Utilising a consultative approach at all levels to effectively analyse and delineate technical / system requirements in alignment with business needs.•Managing projects from inception through to completion within often stringent time, people and resource constraints.•Providing leadership, motivation and strategic direction to multifaceted programme teams. Creating test plans using MS Project deciding on testing timescales and liaising with stakeholders at planning meetings to agree the overall plan.•Managing the migration test team with full hands on in writing and executing test cases including raising fault reports and then supporting the development team to aid a robust and speedy solution. •Attended a Selenium Webdriver for Automation course and am now using this API to test e commerce websites.
