Hard to describe the work I do at Jackson. It is the coolest job ever.

I owned the shop, the sales and marketing skills learned at Pepsi Cola came in tremendously handy over the 25 years in business.As a business owner/operator you have to wear many hats. You learn accounting software (quickbooks) you have to make and balance a budget, you have to project sales based on numbers from last year and look into the future and estimate what you are going to do. You have to be able to set goals and make a plan to achieve those goals and set those plans into motion with action.Most of all you have to go to work every day, put in a full day every day. Communicate effectively with your client and give them realistic expectations of the job and then complete the job in the allotted time achieving and hopefully surpassing the expectations you had previously set.Mostly people by products from people. You have to be able to effectively speak with people about their needs and wants and then help them achieve their goals with the products and services you as a business offer.

I worked for Pepsi Cola for almost 10 years. In that time I had several job titles, and I could spend an exorbitant amount of time to write it all down, but it all boils down to sales and marketing. I was essentially responsible for everything that happened as far as Pepsi Cola was concerned in my territory from the time I signed for my truck full of beverages in the morning till I returned in the evening with drinks and/or money.
