Our Fire Suppression Tool (FST), is a highly effective suppression tool with its simple “pull the pins and throw it in” activation. It can be used by not only first responders such as: Fire Fighters, Police Officers, other First Responders and Military Personnel, but can be used by any person that discovers a fire.The Fire Suppression Solutions FST is non-pressurized and is deployed manually by pulling 2 pins which will initiate an electronic ignition system. Approximately 8 seconds after activation an aerosol mist is generated, this expands volumetrically, flooding the space (up to 5,300 cubic feet/per unit) for approximately 35 seconds interrupting the bond between the heat and oxygen molecules thus suppressing the flames. It does this without removing the oxygen; it is non-corrosive and environmentally friendly. The aerosol is also easy to clean up and non-hazardous.
