I had primary general ledger & fixed assets responsibility and worked extensively with the engineering & design department, maintaining an extensive job cost.

This was a fascinating, year-long contract position in which I was part of a team that audited fixed assets company-wide and sought to track more than 50,000 "missing" items that had not been adequately tracked during the company's meteoric rise and rapid expansion in the early 90s.

There are three counties in the Little Rock, Arkansas area, and they had a long legal dispute about the distribution of desegregation funds. I worked with a team that worked to satisfy court-mandated reporting requirements related to this legal dispute and created & analyzed thousands of pages of documentation related to various student & school district.
