Main achievements:In one year created new team and developed it all the way through from initial planning to market release and monetisation,Integrated “Salut” to 2GIS (top 2 maps and navigator in CIS Region - 30M MAU) - 3M MAU of the voice assistant,Integrated geo-skiils to smart-devices (TVs, smart-displays, home hubs, mobile) - over 1M devises sold,Found a way to monetise the devision - developed Ticket provider and Fuel application based on web-in apps in SberBank online banking app (90+M MAU).Created software for award winning devices Red Dot Design Award 2021 - SberPortal,Design UI/UX for different “surfaces” like TVs, tablets, mobile,Daily work with highly professional team consisting of 15 people.

Launched new channel (B2B2C) of chatting with customers – Apple Business Chat (NPS +9%, CSI + 10% compared to other channels). Achieved official partnership with Apple like MSP (messaging service platform) – were first among telecom-operators in Russia.Launched new chat-channel for Android – Google RCS – were first among telecom-operators in Russia.

Created from a scratch and launched (got the first sales) B2B product “In Team”.Were responsible for development of B2C product MTS Connect – found a way for acquisition significant number of users +30-40% MAU.
