KBR Training Manager and Project Supervisor responsible for the delivery of training services in support of the ARH Tiger capability at the Army Aviation Training Centre, Oakey.Managing a staff of 33 personnel, the KBR ARH Tiger Training Team were responsible for delivery of training across the aircrew, technician and ground crewman domains including the production and updating of courseware. As the Training Manager and Project Supervisor this role was accountable for the internal Company financial performance, compliance, Project Plans and personnel management as well as the external delivery of the contracted services on site to our customer. The KBR team were consistently recognised for their high level of performance in the delivery of the training services, underpinned by their motivation, professionalism, competence and strong customer focus.
