Mark has 36 years experience providing senior level technical services and project management for engineering geology, hydrogeology, hazardous waste investigations and remedial actions, siting and environmental impact studies, and environmental site assessments (ESAs)/audits. He has worked on projects throughout the western U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam and internationally in Canada, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Europe, SE Asia, China, Australia, Africa, South America and the Caribbean region. His expertise includes geologic and seismic hazard assessments, geology/hydrogeology evaluations for environmental impact studies/reports and permit applications, and Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and remedial actions for soil and groundwater. His projects span a wide range of commercial, governmental, and industrial facilities including landfills, power plants, dams, schools and hospitals, and oil & gas onshore and offshore facilities. He has assessed geologic and/or seismic hazards for 55+ oil & gas pipelines, offshore platforms, terminals and LNG plant sites worldwide.
