In the process of developing cross training opportunities across the business.Analyzing existing and then improving onboarding and ongoing training for employees.Supporting internal teams to continually improve on the job training. Moving away from a paper dominated system to a more interactive and effective approach. Including greater use of technology such as AR/VR.Use of Microlearning opportunities to support continual development.Support the global elevate program to support and promote the health and well-being of all employees.
