Documentation creation for application installations, upgrades and support. I was the technical lead for a few projects including the Cerner Millennium implementation which involved taking a role in a challenging project and being responsible for development, testing and implementation of processes and procedures and organizing and coordinating staff members and their workloads. During this project I also organized daily conference calls to liaise with and provide updates to British Telecom and senior management.During this time frame I also assisted the Help Desk for a year as an Analyst and was responsible for providing first line remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for incident triage, ticket logging and resolution over the phone. If I was unfortunately unable to resolve the call within the SLA or if the incident needed to be resolved by a certain team I would then assign and escalate the incident ticket accordingly. -
