I started off with them as a co-op student in the Wireline repair and maintenance department as an electronics technician. After my final term at NAIT I was hired back as a full time technician. I was in this roll for about 7 years and was promoted to a Wireline AMO supervisor. I worked as an AMO supervisor for approximately 3 years and then took a position as a Reliability specialist in the Artificial Lift engineering department and held this position for 1 ½ years.My greatest personal accomplishment would be going back to school at NAIT and graduating with honors.My greatest career accomplishment would be setting up a maintenance program for the wireline units allowing my team to repair and do preventative maintenance on the units without disrupting the day to day operation of the company. This was also a cost savings measure since 75 to 80% of the work was done in house and the mechanics and technicians were utilized on a more efficient manner. I would like to get back in to the supervisor role as I like working with a team. I feel I am a good motivator and have strong team building skills. I am computer literate and like to research stuff on the computer, I have also take leadership and team building courses. Another interest would be to get into technical sales, I like to travel and meet people. I am rather out going and have the ability to talk to anybody. I have worked with SAP, MAPS (maintenance and performance system), FRACAS (failure reporting and corrective action system) and First alert.
