Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for precast and hollowcore production to include all transport / despatch requirements. Direct responsibility for 78 factory / 12 office staff. Duties include recruitment, HR, OHS. Plan all CAPEX requirements and work closely with Accounts Dept to control monthly labour & resource expenditure. Manage all planned plant and equipment maintenance and ensure all statutory legal requirements are fulfilled reference calibration & service intervals. Ensure all product manufactured adheres strictly to Australian Standards or alternatively specified contract requirements.

Manage the precast manufacture & installation element of various precast build projects. Role includes management of shop detailing, technical control, client liaison, scheduling and planning of resource, progress claims through to final handover. Manage the construction of steel / precast element of commercial building projects. Assist with management of all elements of development projects to include remediation, drainage, roads and build construction of large commercial site builds to include retail centres and Main Distribution Centres. Role included : - Project co-ordination & scheduling. - Property Management of numerous sites to include co-ordination of all maintenance. Customers include Dulux, Virgin Australia, Kumho Tyres, Schweppes Australia. - Managed purchasing / procurement for the group. - Responsible for all operational H&S requirements to be adhered to, and communicating potential inter-trade concerns to the relevant supervisors.

Project Manage the Precast element of Commercial building developments. Role included the successful delivery of various large mixed use ( office / apartment ) & Education Dept projects from initial design through to final handover to customer.
