Experienced in all aspects of landscaping from grass machinery hedging shredders blowers flail mowers pruning propagation irrigation etc. Also having a very keen eye for detail which can be overlooked in a very busy and time pressured environment but is essential when property agents or clients are involved. Having large areas to look after and manage from grass management to weed control no one day is the same. Customer service is also very important in my role as Landscaper along with regular updates to the company management & property management agents keeping them informed of progress in all works been undertaken and completed.In my free time I was an active company director of my management co, Having served on the board for over 10 years I was involved heavily. From working with 4 Property Management companies but also having self manged alongside fellow directors for nearly 2 and a half years when things were at there worst.As I would look after all the office administration which was very time consuming. It would mean long evenings after a long day at work, with this said i would be dealing with Accountants, Banking, Electricians, fire engineers, plumbers , insurance companies solicitors etc. But most importantly our members dealing with issues arising from day to day problems on site. No one day was the same but it was very rewarding and a very important learning curve which has helped me tremendously in overcoming day to day problems that may crop up in my day job.
