Gross Margin and Delivered Margin targets• Oversite to ensure accurate forecasts are sent to suppliers in a timely manner and that all ordering and production requirements are communicated to suppliers• Develop programs and systems to ensure best results within internal software systems (JADE Inventory management, Chrisco Stocklist)Negotiation and management of key Suppliers• Responsible for all Meat Suppliers in New Zealand and Australia. Involves selection of range and working closely with supplier to develop new products for hamper offering• Responsible for all Electronic suppliers in New Zealand• Negotiate pricing that can be maintained over a 15 month period due to the nature of the layby business• Ensure all Product Substitutions are captured correctly and processes through to operational execution • Raise all stock purchase orders for Chrisco NZInventory Management and Order Fulfilment for NZ Operations (This is a 5-month Temp site. Approx. 7000m3)_• Ensuring all delivered product is within the required procurement specifications.• Schedule all FMCG and Merchandise stock to required site• Ensure all Stocktakes are performed • Full responsibility for the invoice batching process, including all dealing with all errors and inconsistencies in invoicing• Help manage the process so all products are correctly labelled, picked, and loaded• Manage Stocktake process of all products as required• Managing Product returns
