Rn Clinical Auditor
CurrentAudits medical records to ensure that documentation is complete, consistent, accurate and timely accordingly to clinical protocols.Assume role of clinical resource when questions arise in the field, if lead is not available. Analyzes documentation completion data and submits recommendations to improve quality. Identifies opportunities for data tracking and database enhancements.Assist with development, documentation and training of audit protocols based on clinical protocols; this includes but is not limited to assist with documenting the audit process; assist with establishment of performance thresholds; assist with development and maintenance of tools and score cardsIn conjunction with corporate training and Lead, identifies training needs, prepares training materials, and supports training needs.Maintain reporting (dashboards, trends) as a result of audit activity on an individual employee level, department level and line of business overall in conjunction with Internal Monitoring for performance improvement purposes. Participate in interrater reliability sessions with internal clinical employees and leadership and clients as neededParticipate in remediation activity when deficiencies are identified.Conduct field ride along evaluations when needed.
