First Tee - Connecticut is a a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. Through programs at 17 outdoor locations, in 162 schools and in partnership with local youth service agencies, we annually help shape the lives of over 71,000 young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf.

Manage participant programs and facility relations, communicate with parents and participants about national and local opportunities, training and management of staff including 60 coaches and volunteers.

Oversee daily operations of the Outside Services Staff and Caddie Program. Manage club events for members and guests including interaction with Food & Beverage and usage of GHIN Handicap System and Event-Man Tournament Software . Maintain accurate information on events for the club's website using MembersFirst.
