I am a Partner of Gardiner & Theobald LLP with over 25 years experience in construction across the transportation, energy, defence and heavy civil engineering sectors. I specialise in developing and implementing commercial and procurement strategy and building integrated consultancy service offerings.More broadly, I have advised Central Government on procurement best practice and undertaken numerous expert roles including the commercial assurance of long term delivery plans and complex investments in areas such as Defence Nuclear.My key skills include developing inclusive, high performing teams and developing trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and Executives.Most recently I am proud to have developed high value commercial strategies and procurement plans for clients including NHS England, Gatwick Airport Ltd and the Houses of Parliament R&R programme.
