Evaluated $13B+ in M&A opportunities. Wrote an S-1 and working alongside top bankers and lawyers, managed the IPO process for HLT. Worked on the spin of PK (real estate) and HGV (timeshare) from HLT.At Expedia, led two businesses which included a global hotel brand comprising of 8,500 hotels, and hotel owner services, creating new B2B digital products.
