Apply motivational techniques, small group structure and personalized coaching to students in an age appropriate way. Teach adults English as a second language through the Adult Basic Education program. Teach k-12 grade levels, all classes, in the Willmar/New London public school districts.

I teach a bee keeping class and mentor bee keeping. I facilitate a bee keepers group. Made energy ball product using nuts and honey. Developed a marketing strategy to increase sales. After in-depth study of bees I designed and built bee hive equipment to accommodate the Minnesota climate.I created a line of honey butter using berry juice.

Assessed production line and made recommendations to improve production efficiency. Became proficient in chocolate making. Developed honey and nut candy. Then created a candy which combined three different taste experiences in one bite.

Using creative problem salving I facilitated the needs of the clients ages 6-17. I developed recommendations to better meat clients' needs after a participant observation analysis of the program. By mapping out CABHS sub cultures I identified key dynamics which brought forward systemic problems. After studding the interior design, ergonomics and color usage of the unit i provided solutions to mitigate an emotionally corrosive environment.

I increased the production efficiency of a vacuum chamber by decreasing its cycle time. I applied creative problem solving to the production line. While retro-fitting experimental vacuum tooling created a new coating process. Prepared and coated aviation lamps and plastic parts in an ultra-clean environment. Designed a process to bond gold to glass using strobe lights. Built a vacuum chamber.

Facilitated and translated ideas and processes into visual presentations. Reorganized the manufacturing system to interface with suppliers and departments in a compressed time format. We did this by streamlining information transfer about parts usage in house. Then paring in a fluid way to suppliers to maximize lead times and shorten parts delivery cycle time.

Designed and built a hot glass studio. Sourced equipment and materials. Developed a glass blowing process. Worked with a group of artists to create community events which facilitated art sales.

Worked with the president to develop marketing strategies and facilitated solutions for cash flow problems. Developed relations ships with maintenance personnel in large stores witch led to larger maintenance contracts. Switched from a reliance on credit cards to an in house reserve to maximize cash flow efficiency and minimize cost.

Accessed client's needs then designed and created custom architectural accents witch incorporated elements of the client's visual profile into there high end residential homes. I developed a thin plaster composite to carry three dimensional design and color elements. These panels were then attached to the walls.
