I undertook the following projects whilst based in the Tri-Borough. - Reviewing, re-modelling and procuring supporting people services for Single Homeless, Rough Sleepers, Offenders, Substance Misuse and Young People - Involvement in the de-commissioning of poorly performing floating support contract. - Designing, commissioning, procurement and implementation of a Befriending and community Engagement Service for Older People. - Producing… Show more I undertook the following projects whilst based in the Tri-Borough. - Reviewing, re-modelling and procuring supporting people services for Single Homeless, Rough Sleepers, Offenders, Substance Misuse and Young People - Involvement in the de-commissioning of poorly performing floating support contract. - Designing, commissioning, procurement and implementation of a Befriending and community Engagement Service for Older People. - Producing the draft Adult Social Care Provider Failure Protocol for the Tri-Borough. - Member of the project team scoring tenders received for the Procurement of Homecare Contracts. - Procuring services through the Capital e-sourcing system. - Leading the project team to successfully transfer 600 hours of Homecare between providers, due to the exit from the market of a large provider within the Tri-Borough - Temporarily Contract Managing the Implementation and Mobilisation of 8 Homecare contracts across the Tri-Borough including; o Implementation Meetings o Operational staff meetings o Liaising with Incumbent Providers and ensuring provider relationships are maintained. o Planning the transfer of 30,000 hours for 3400 service users across the Tri-Borough o Arranging the re-conciliation of service user data for transfer. o Co-ordinating the distribution of letters to 3400 service users and setting up a monitoring system for feedback. o Leading on the first wave of transfers from a large incumbent provider to two new providers.
