About Mark Murphy

Most recently I worked within a tech start up as a Customer Success Lead for Shopbox AI. Here I established and created business practises from the ground up, business workflows & automations, guides and customer facing material, whilst building out a 'commuinity of customer success' with my customers directly. Overall, I have worked within fast growing technology companies for over 6 years. Ranging across technical, commercial, client facing and onboarding roles. I have a great breadth of experience dealing with technical challenges and delivering on project requirements seen across the product cycle. I currently run my own E-Commerce store and operation. Branching out into this space has been an concerted effort of mine to not only create an additional revenue stream for me personally but also to own my own business and learn from the challenges therein. I completed my Bachelors in Geography, Information & Social Computing in UCD in 2017. Most recently I completed a professional diploma in Project Management from UCD's Professional Academy, which I believe has equipped me with the professional framework that enables me to steer and lead within my field. I am also in the process of completing a further diploma through UCD in Digital Product Management.On a personal note; I am an adamant swimmer, martial artist and out-going individual.
