Founded the company from bespoke designed leisure products, successfully opened two family entertainment centres (FEC’s), contracted to conduct five feasibility studies for high profile shopping centre locations within UK and Europe.Aerial Adventures designs, engineers and installs bespoke aerial games systems for leisure and retail environments. Adventure games include, HiRide a ceiling mounted aerial course and HiClimb a vertical suspended climbing game.

Waterski and Wakeboard Scotland is the Governing Body for the sport in Scotland with its headquarters at the Scottish National Training Site, Town Loch, Dunfermline.Through a passion for and involvement within the sport, both as a competitive athlete and an employee, I became a Director of the governing body in 1998 and have continued supporting the sport in this capacity as a volunteer.As part of an 8 person board team, it is our responsibility to safeguard, govern and promote the sport, as well as developing and fulfilling an agreed strategic plan in partnership with our core funding associate sportscotland.

Managed all day-to-day activities, such as budget administration, profit and loss management, procurement, and payroll management. Enhanced productivity through managing a team of approximately 40 members. Introduced continuous improvements through supporting brand, marketing, and financial initiatives which reproduced through all 60 clubs of the group.

Creation and fulfilment of commercial adventure activity concept from prototype design to successful operation within a shopping centre environment.

Direct responsibility for the general operations, corporate and conference aspect of this £24m, world-class sports and events venue. Senior Management supervision of all aspects which includes 3 conference suites, a 90 bed accommodation lodge, restaurant and bar, lecture theatre, reception, health spa, adventure sport gym, Judo hall, retailing, office rental and the largest indoor climbing arena in the world.
