Provide statutory and regulatory guidance and advice to executive management relating to the False Claims Act (FCA), the Procurement Integrity Act (PIA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs, international corruption laws (e.g., the Bribery Act 2010 (UK) and the Integrity Pact (India)), the Wire Fraud statute, the Mail Fraud statute, and the Money Laundering Control Act.Conduct domestic and international internal and external investigations concerning potentially significant allegations related to violation of United States state or federal criminal statutes, false or fraudulent statements, obstruction of justice, violation of financial controls, personal misconduct by senior executives, fraud, violation of business integrity standards, and violation of civil rights, environmental, or employment laws.Manage complex domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitrations that have material value for the organization. Oversee and direct strategy, risk management, litigation objectives, finances, witness and expert management, outside counsel, vendors, and staffing.
