I worked closely with the teams both in the United States of America and the UK to create SQL reports from customer requirements within the First Advantage system. I also created and customised ASP.Net/VB.NET pages for clients of First Advantage, including Southampton University, MNBA and YELL.com.My role encompassed talking to technical and non technical staff regarding the customer requirements and how best to implement them. Giving feedback on development time, to enable the sales team to accurately give the customer a fee for the work.

Involvement in a University-wide roll out of Active Directory, Exchange and Outlook, subsequently assisting University academics and professional staff with learning the new systems and their advantages. Projects that I have been involved in include developing and releasing a Time Allocation Schedule, which is an online submission system for all academics employed at the University's three campuses. The Time Allocation Schedule was aimed at minimising the workload of University School Managers and it was developed in PHP using a Mysql database.
