Managed two small priority projects as a project executive from inside a local General Contractor. The engagement expanded my professional resources to acquire "unlimited" bonding capacity for local contractors performing work on government projects. Having decades of professional experience in the construction industry this focus on USVI projects also availed opportunities for Public/Private/Partnerships as well as some of the mainland's largest general contractors, developers and specialty contractors seeking opportunities in the territory.

Providing project development expertise to organizations seeking to develop capital projects of all sizes from $100,000 to $350 million in various markets across the U.S. Projects include healthcare, hospitality, and renewable energy as well as mixed-use developments. Developed capital resources in a competitive process to promote healthcare delivery in remote areas of Alaska covering 46,000 square miles of territory. In the two years of funding competition the projects department successfully secure more capital than the previous eight years combined. Projects included renewable energy development, clinical developments, boiler plant, industrial sized water treatment systems and a variety of other campus related projects.
