Responsible for installing, maintaining & servicing Digital Projection Equipment across the estate as well as training and coaching staff at site level. Whilst holding this position, I've headed up various projects including Barco Laser Projector Installation at Odeon Surrey Quay, IMAX/TMS integration, TMS Core Network Switch upgrades across our UK estate and Sound Upgrades in all our London Sites. I've also helped train & coach my Engineer colleagues where required.

I have overseen some 60 Premiers some of which have been World and Royal! I have run many alternative content events including satellite, conferencing and live music events. I also help the Odeon Sound & Projection Engineering department. By attending breakdowns and helping with Digital installation snagging issues, often at short notice. I have also helped resolve issues from other cinemas over the Phone.I was frequently asked to run Film festivals and Premiers at other London, Odeon Cinemas.

Staines Upon Thames

Responsible for a new ten-screen cinema in a busy shopping complex. I opened this site, so therefore, helped with the install of the Projection equipment. I also recruited my own staff. I was responsible for maintaining the Projection equipment and liaising with contractors. I also spent two days a Week at the new Warner Village Croydon Grants looking after this site in the absence of a Technical Manager.

Responsible for a new fifteen-screen cinema in a leisure complex. I opened this site, so therefore, helped with the install of the Projection equipment as below. During my time with UGC, I was also part of a 5 man engineering team which were responsible for installations of projection equipment during new builds. Multiplexes completed were Virgin West India Quay & UGC Enfield.
