After 12 months of consulting, I developed the Education Business for McHale. As the Vice President, we continued to develop the Education practice delivering certified solutions for Novell, Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Sybase, Oracle and PowerSoft.Recruited by TeKnowlogy Education Centers out of Houston, TX. The next 4 years saw a major consolidation of Training centers around the nation. During this period of time, I was involved in 6 acquisition/mergers. In each case, I played a leadership role with the evolution of the new business.Cisco Systems recruited me for a Regional Manager position for the Columbus area. Spent several years building the Commerical Sales Market for Cisco achieving sales objectives along the way. Joined VTEL Products corporation in 2001 as the VP Sales, Eastern Region. During my tenure, we provided the only PC Based Videconference solution in the market. We provided those solutions through a channel program and the Eastern Region quickly rose to the number one region in the company.I spent the last 7 years with RTS as a National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager and most recently their VP of Sales. RTS was a leader in the industury providing Unified Communications and Storage solutions.I am now one of the Principal/Owners of iQ Solutions Group, LLC.
