I co-founded a company that produces raw organic CBD infused products. Our products are in over 500 stores via white label products that we produce for many top brands. I am responsible for scaling the business completely from the ground up to doing over $10 million in sales annually. I built a completely in house supply chain from the starting with our own raw materials, and ending with the product delivered on the shelf. This includes producing the raw materials, infusing, packaging, delivery logistics, sales, customer service, and marketing.

I was the president of Cromwell Resources which is a full service appraisal management company based out of Southern California, with offices in all 50 states. We specialized is residential as well as commercial real estate appraisal services. During my time there we took the business from Southern California to a national company. During that time we recruited over 1,500 contractors nationwide to service our clients while expanding our business ten fold.

At No Fear I oversaw the sales and operations for the Southern California area of No Fear. I lead over 10 retail locations that did over $10 million in sales. In addition to this I was responsible for promoting and organizing our company sponsored events around moto cross, MMA, surfing, as well as events related to our No Fear energy drink. During that time doubled the retail imprint of No Fear by opening up multiple locations, and building them from the ground up.

I lead a group of residential Coldwell Banker sales offices located throughout the Southern California Region doing more than $100 million in sales. During my time there we expanded from one location to 10 locations. I trained over 500 agents in sales and marketing, and helped them to increase there output by 200%.

I oversaw the retail operations for Game Crazy stores in Southern California. Helping to take them from 20 stores to over 200 during my time there. Was responsible for developing and implementing a retail strategy from the ground up for a start up video game chain of stores.
