I joined Bennett Christmas as a Senior Account Executive with a view to increasing my insurance knowledge and skills in all areas. The work will involve developing new clients by obtaining quotations from different Insurers and Lloyds for different types of commercial insurance. As the account develops I will then become responsible for the preparation of renewals, rebroking exercises, midterm adjustments, and claims handling.

In February 2010, LFC Mainstay was rebranded as part of the LFC Insurance Group and the Mainstay name was discontinued. My role as an Account Executive continued unchanged.

In February 2007, Mainstay was acquired by LFC Insurance Brokers and LFC Mainstay was formed. My role as an Account Executive continued unchanged. During 2007, the two separate Offices of Mainstay were merged into one Office based at the present address in Eastbourne

In September 2003 Insurance Resource Commercial Ltd was purchased by Mainstay Insurance Brokers and I joined Mainstay as an Account Executive with sole responsibility for the "Resource" clients including the preparation of renewals, rebroking exercises, midterm adjustments, claims handling and client meetings.During this period of working I had sole responsibility for integrating the Insurance Resource clients into Mainstay, improving my insurance knowledge, computer knowledge and skills further.

I joined Insurance Resource with a view to increasing my insurance knowledge and skills. This has involved work as an Account Handler with sole responsibility for certain sized accounts and assisting with the preparation of renewals for larger sized accounts.The work has involved assisting with the development of new clients by obtaining quotations from different Insurers and Lloyds for different types of commercial insurance.During this period of working, I had to further improve my computer knowledge and skills, and provide assistance with the settlement of the Insurers monthly accounts.

I joined Bradford Peters with a view to moving into Commercial Broking. Whilst at Bradford Peters, I used my Personal Lines knowledge and skills to open and establish a new Personal Lines Office in Horsham. Once this Office was established, I was moved back to work in Crawley and assist in the merger of three Personal Lines Brokers into one larger Brokerage.In October 1992, I moved into the Commercial Department where I learnt how to broke different types of Commercial Policies with different Insurers and through Lloyds. This has involved work as an Account Handler with sole responsibility for handling certain sized Accounts and assisting the Directors of the Company in preparing renewal of their Accounts.With effect from July 1984, Bradford Peters merged with Ware Insurance Brokers to form Bradford Peters Ware. This meant an increase in the work load and responsibility. I was responsible for a larger number of Accounts and assisting the Directors with all aspects of their Accounts. During the period of working in the Commercial Department I had to improve my knowledge of the Companies computer system. I also assisted new members of staff with their Accounts by guiding them through the Company's computer system, sharing insurance knowledge and explaining the different types of Policies and Accounts.

Promoted to Branch Manager and involved with Personal Lines Insurance, dealing with the day to day running of the Branch, organising the work load and doing the daily banking. This work also involved training new and existing staff members, preparing weekly Reports for the Area Manager and Head Office, and discussing the performance of the Branch on a monthly basis with
