I lead projects by providing an environment to understand customer requirements and for the team to collaborate and grow to provide the best solution possible I obtained SAP experience in many different business areas starting at Cooper Industries by leading the archiving of documents across multiple business functions accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales, returns and warehousing. In addition, while at Eaton, I led the annual SAP support packs application upgrade, achieved cost avoidance of $500K. My ability to influence and support senior levels was instrumental in these successes, as I was able to drive change and foster collaboration among diverse teams. Moreover, my role as manager of Business Analytics at Cooper Industries honed my understanding of business operations and data systems. My team created the first Business Objects dashboard and used by management. These experiences have not only sharpened my skills, but also reinforced my belief in the transformative power of data in supply chain management. As Logistics Manager at Cooper Industries and through to my current Project Management position with Signify, I have worked in warehouse management , warehouse migrations, supply chain, distribution and warehousing. Beyond my technical competencies, I pride myself on my ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. I've always believed in the importance of understanding and anticipating client needs, as it paves the way for smoother project execution and fosters long-term partnerships. This client-centric approach, coupled with my experience in system analysis, enabled me to support clients and identify potential business opportunities.If you catch me outside of work, I will most likely be expanding my network and meeting people while I sell Paint Train Salsa on the weekends. Or you will see me visiting a National Park reading the signs, taking a hike and enjoying the beauty of this country.
