Working towards executing the 2020/2021 major outages at APLNG. Due to COVID19 this role was cut short

While employed at GLNG my role has varied greatly as the plant has matured from a green field project to a stable operations. The role started as scoping and building maintenance activities for all mechanical tasks. This included building work instructions and how-to guides, building activities /task lists and reviewing PM strategies, cataloguing new materials, identifying assets missed during MD build and updating the BOM structure. Original role was short term planning role on shift. While in this role I was part the team that developed and implementing the site planning process. As well as Forward Log/Backlog management, scheduling of PM’s and reviewing on first used documents, all general maintenance planning tasks for the mechanical team. CMMS used is Oracle which is using a bolt on product called Viziya for scheduling of tasks. After around 18 months I was promoted up into a Master Data Review and Improvement role. My new responsibilities included creating/starting/scheduling/removing maintenance activities and schedules in the Oracle CMMS as required. Cataloguing of new spares and capturing serial numbers of repairable equipment and loading the serialised assets back against plant BOM. This role included back fill support for the site scheduler while they were on extended leave. This required knowledge in the adjustment of background scheduling data within Vizay, to update shift patterns and team loading /availability so that the area planners could use the tool to load level their forward planning. As well as running the site schedule planning/locking/review meetings and supply the approved fortnightly approved schedule site wide. After the successful completion of a site wide PSV C/O campaign I have been afforded me the opportunity to plan and then coordinate the 2019 major shutdown PSV and valving C/O within the shutdown execution team, and this is what I am currently completing.

Currently seconded into the shutdown supervisor role. In this position I have executed my first round of shutdowns. 14000 Man hours No MTI's No LTI's.Normally I complete all long and short term planning scheduling of major site shutdowns. This role also includes the strategy review and adjustment to all master data changes required in SAP after shutdown reviews.

I was positioned at a BMA coal mine assisting the Electrical & Mechanical short term planners. While training Supervisors in the use of SAP transactions, relevant to their roles, while they have an SAP update rolling out with in there business.
