Experienced Project/Programme Manager who loves to deliver challenging new technology and engineering projects, working at all business levels, across differing skillsets and with global teams, to ensure the success of the project.I have been working in the advanced composites industry for 25+ years, and for the past 13 years I have been working in the wind energy sector managing innovative wind turbine blade projects. Most recently I have worked on a well-publicised, collaborative project to develop and demonstrate sustainable, recyclable wind turbine blade technologies as part of an industrial consortium to bring circularity to future wind turbine blades. This has increased my enthusiasm for Sustainability and Design for Circularity.I am an advocate of taking responsibility for projects from start to finish which maximises success and keeps accountability. My key, working personal attributes are to deliver with a professional and hands on approach, using my interpersonal skills to maintain a close working relationship with all the project team, staying connected and communicating across the organisation. I am a flexible, committed, goal-oriented person, who works with an entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ spirit to engage with people and teams.
