Responsibilities include Operational support, Architectural design, and Project delivery for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA's Infrastructure and ITSM environments. Starting in 2016, BCBSMA will optimize our IT environment to improve the delivery of all end user services with an emphasis on Security and Active/Active architecture design between our two Data Centers.

Network lead for MFS' 2012 Primary Data Center move which introduced the following technology advances: Cisco Nexus 7k/5k/2k/1k, Cisco VSS, FCoE Storage/Network convergenence, 10G LAN/WAN, 10G CheckPoint firewall, 10G McAfee IPS, VoIP, MPLS, Server Virtualization, QoS, OSPF/BGP routing, and SIP implementations.Network lead for MFS' 2012 acquisition & technology integration of Canadian based asset manager McLean Budden. All MFS-MB sites now connect via a private AT&T MPLS cloud for Voice & Data communication with all other MFS offices.Global Aruba Wireless design, deployment, and support leveraging Clearpass Radius technology for certificate based EAP-TLS production authentication. Guest wireless utilizes Captive Portal authentication. Aruba wireless was deployed at the following sites in 2012: Boston, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Singapore, and Sydney.

Managed a staff of 8 - 12 engineers providing all aspects of design/implementation/support for BCBSMA's Network, Voice, and Security Infrastructure components. Budgetary Oversight for the multi million dollar Enterprise Network Services cost center. Financial management responsibilities included staff merit/bonus increases, technical maintenance, IT hardware/software procurement, and overall collaboration with BCBSMA's IT Finance partners.IP Telephony support for one of the largest Call Center Technology environments in MA. BCSBMA has over 800 Work From Home agents in addition to over 1,000 internal Call Center agents all leveraging Avaya VoIP solutions.
