I have always had a passion for customers, team development, leadership, and I take great pride in my work. My first professional job was in retail management. I never thought the skills I learned in retail would pave the way for a successful career in sales and sales leadership. I come from a family of entrepreneurs which has translated to my having an entrepreneurial approach to my work.In my job, I work with my team to help our partners succeed through acquiring new customers,, new product introductions and company program support. I help my regional team succeed by creating a responsive, engaging and fun environment that promotes accomplishment, contributions and personal accountability. I believe in visible leadership. I enjoy customer meetings with my team because each one is a unique opportunity for professional growth and customer advancement. What makes us successful is preparation, being on the same page, great communication, being proactive, listening to the customer and outstanding follow up.All of this work has translated in to multiple sales and customer awards for me and my team. One highlight was when I was with Sanofi and finished in the top 1% in the world. What makes me most proud of that is I can easily point to why I earned the award—a data driven patient approach, good customer relationships and coordinated team work.Each year, I do something to improve myself. I have always loved data and the insights it can bring. In 2022, I raised my hand to be a UAT contributor for Saleforce. In 2019, I completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management. I have used these skills to help my company, customers and my team. I am an inquisitive person. Successful use of data is bringing the objective data together with subjective knowledge to create relevant insights. This translates into action. I have a very positive approach and optimistic view. This has consistently helped me and my team solve issues and be confidently proactive. This also breeds innovation and thinking that can challenge the team, other internal stakeholders and customers. I play the long game; this is a winning combination.When not working, I enjoy writing, family time and cooking. I have dishes I cook with family members, which is fun and memorable.
