As the regional chamber of commerce, the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) mobilizes private-sector leadership, expertise and resources to create attractive business conditions that create jobs, grow investment and improve the economic prosperity of the Northeast Ohio. At GCP, my direct responsibilities include the growth and management of the organization's programs, services, and products for members. This includes working closely with VP, Membership Development & Service to generate new proprietary solutions as well as overall management of referrals and connections to the current product portfolio for members.

The Northeast Ohio Safety Council (NEOSC) is a program of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, co-sponsored by the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) and 888 Ohio-Comp. Membership is open to all business types and industries (COSE members and non-members). The Northeast Ohio Safety Council understands the importance of safety within the workplace and is dedicated to ensure that each meeting serves as a tool to educate members on the various ways to create and maintain a safe working environment.The NEOSC believes that education and knowledge are the primary tools on the forefront of accident and injury prevention. The council holds monthly meetings where safety presentations are given by subject matter experts. Membership benefits within the council also include rebate credits for employers using the Ohio BWC. The primary objectives of the NEOSC are as follows:•Work to educate members and provide them with the necessary tools to increase safety within their workplace.•Provide members with the opportunity to learn how to better manage their workers' compensation program through access to professional, knowledgeable and experienced speakers. •Allow members the opportunity to utilize the Northeast Ohio Safety Council as an avenue for networking and the sharing of best practices. •Work with members on reporting guidelines and provide them with the resources they need to successfully build and maintain a successful workplace safety program.
