I chose to remain in San Diego upon the closing of BSKB's California office. Determined the nucleotide sequence of this clone. - Structural and functional characterization of anti-proliferative cDNA clone; elucidating the expression pattern of the gene; characterization of anti-peptide antisera; using sera to investigate nature of gene product; investigating the effects of induction of the gene product in mammalian cell transfectants; training and supervision of a research associate on this project.
