While working on the Student Disability Services team at the University of Denver, I oversaw the administration of over 1,000 exams per quarter while working closely with faculty and students. I maintained high standards in the testing center by overseeing daily tasks and ensuring compliance with exam administration protocols.I further developed my people management skills as I hired, trained, and supervised a team of Proctors and Testing Center Assistants to optimize the efficiency of the testing center. Additionally, I spent time reviewing, developing, and implementing new procedures to ensure the testing center was utilizing a best practice approach. Notably, I introduced a new process for our student memory aid accommodation to clarify expectations with students and faculty while upholding academic integrity.
