Assisted with the creation, delivery, and facilitation of internal safety, environmental, and operational courses, including producing, developing, and "on screen" spokesperson delivering internally developed video content, plus primary voice-over narrator of internally developed e-learning courses. Examples of courses trained ranged from Emergency Action Plan, Hazard Communication, and H2S to Texas Air Permits and Norm, to Crude Oil Measurement and Vapor Recovery Unit. Spent over 5 years in the field with the operations and safety groups, learning, assessing and updating processes and procedures. As lead auditor, created and led audit teams that performed Health and Safety audits and assessments company wide utilizing the internal Health and Safety Management System. Trained employees company wide on the use and specifics of the Health and Safety Management System.
