Spent over 5 years in the field with the operations and safety groups, learning, assessing and updating processes and procedures. As lead auditor, created and led audit teams that performed Health and Safety audits and assessments company wide utilizing the internal Health and Safety Management System. Trained employees company wide on the use and specifics of the Health and Safety Management System.
