Teach the capstone course for graduating MHA and dual degree MHA/MBA students.Summary and Rationale: The purpose of the course is for students to utilize real-life situations and team discussion to identify, assess, and recommend action plans to resolve issues and implement opportunities faced by various health organizations in responding to a rapidly changing environment. This is a capstone course for the MHA degree student which provides the graduate with applied tools from case study analysis, problem identification, alternative assessments, recommended strategies, and forecast measurement. The cadence of case study analysis will progress from small teams to individual presentations throughout the course, culminating in individual presentations to a panel of faculty members and industry practitioners for final course evaluation.
