A 3 month internship as a Sprinkler Design Engineer with the Irish Sprinkler and Fire Protection department of Jones Engineering, where I regularly used programmes such as REVIT and AutoCAD to design and layout sprinklers for projects based all around Ireland. Made on site visits to ensure work was up to a good standard, and became familiar with numerous regulations for the sprinkler industry.

Greeted each customer and offered assistance in finding requested items, helping boost customer satisfaction and retention. Restocked shelves, racks and bins with latest merchandise and changed signage to promote special items. Assisted customers by asking open-ended questions to understand needs and suggest suitable merchandise.

Provided attraction and event information to guests and patrons aimed at enticing customers to slides and other entertainment. Explained Fort Lucan's regulations, policies, or procedures to guests. Ensured to verify and collect tickets before admitting guests to the attractions.
