My responsibilities included recruitment/retention, franchisee training/mentoring, managing cancellations/customer concerns, establsihing goals/growth plans, all facets of financial accountability and human resource management.

As the Area Manager I oversaw all environmental service/laundry operations for multiple nursing homes in the Tucson market. The position entailed recruitment/rentention of staff/management trainees, developing client relations, onging mentoring of account managers, establishing budgets/job routines, forecasting and financial accountabilty for Tucson market, conducting various training classes and maintaining regulatory compliance for all facilities.

I managed day-to-day operations of several major accounts in Tucson. I provided all training for incoming employees and managed fleet of copiers/equipment.
