Over 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health with key roles in Program Development and Direct Service including experience in: Department of Corrections, Management, Marketing, Problem Solving Courts, Consultation, and Multi-Disciplinary team builiding. I have worked extensively with Hennepin and Ramsey County over the years, lending services to Drug Courts and providing input to the 4th Judicial Advisory Committee providing my clinical representation and experience. My experience with Program Management and interfacing with current and potential vendors has been indispensable when building the teams that I work with. My goal is to contribute my experience and skills to assist in maximizing the facilities and clients that I work for.
