** Promoted to role at the parent company level with responsibility for region consisting of Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota operations ($400MM annual revenues, 1,500 employees, and 80 plant locations). CRH is the leading vertically integrated supplier of materials, paving and construction services across North America. Lyman-Richey, whose parent company is Ash Grove Cement Company, provides concrete and construction materials for projects, and became a CRH company in 2018.** Led financial/operational reporting, forecasting, budgeting, income tax, audit, and operational action planning.** Managed and mentored accounting/finance staff of 60 employees.** Instrumental in leading analysis and valuation studies during due diligence processes involved with acquisition of Ash Grove by CRH; coordinated with stakeholders in Austin, Atlanta and global colleagues in Dublin, Ireland to ensure proper focus on integration activities. ** Subsequently integrated Lyman-Richey and Ash Grove concrete and aggregate operations into CRH systems and processes with a heavy concentration on SOX compliance.

** Spearheaded strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting for Nebraska and Iowa operations ($250MM annual revenue, 800 employees, 40 locations).** Managed and mentored team of 16 finance professionals.** Served as finance/accounting liaison to parent company (Ash Grove Cement Company).** Led multiple systems conversions from Lawson to JD Edwards and SAP BPC.** Served as lead for state income tax incentive programs; also served on retirement committee to oversee asset allocation directives for the pension plan and 401k plan.** Fostered strong relationships with key clients in the private, public, and municipal sectors.

** Led team of 22 finance/accounting professionals.** Directed process improvement and reengineering efforts across operations and information technology.** Integrated two separate operating companies by leveraging automation to build new operating model.** Instrumental in acquisition of five companies; participated in due diligence efforts.
