King Solomon wrote “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed.” (Prov. 15:22) What I enjoy most in my role is working with people to do better than we did yesterday and making do on our plans and goals. I have been blessed to work alongside great people at SJE for over 25yrs, having the opportunity to do application engineering, design and sales for many of the products we make. Now it’s fun to be able to help others, see them take a chance, apply initiative and succeed. When teams are “clicking”, working together, solving problems, driving positive results, and doing it with a good attitude, it is what makes my job exciting.As VP of Operations-Standard Products and Corp. Officer for SJE I get to work with an exceptional Corporate Leadership Team, am involved with strategic planning, corporate leadership and lead great teams in Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Facilities/Maintenance Operations as well as Global Supply Chain, Quality Systems, and Manufacturing Engineering. It is a reward and a blessing to see the fruits of our labor, wherever we invest our time and resources. For me, it’s my family, my work and some competitive hobbies. My wife and I have a God-loving family, two daughters and a son-in-law, of whom we are very proud. I enjoy the time I have with all of them. Outside of work, I’m an avid Slalom Skier (water skier) and Mountain Biker. I also enjoy backcountry snowmobiling, working on vehicles or just about anything mechanical/electrical and generally being outdoors.
