Teratdata, (formerly AT&T, NCR ), DAYTON OH 1986 - Present Lead Instructor for Teradata Global Learning/Customer Education (1994-Present)• Developed numerous Teradata Vantage courses for the Data Science Roadshow used to generated Customer Leads around the World using Machine Learning algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, XGBoost and Random Forest. 16-City tour so successful it will be repeated in 2020.• Experience with building and scoring Models both Supervised (Regression and Classification) and Unsupervised.• Have consistently achieved the highest instructor evaluations for our department. Leads developed here are passed on to pre-Sales for follow up Sales oppportunties.• Lead instructor and developer for Aster Data courseware including Aster Intro, Aster DBA, Aster Implementation Management Workshop. Provide both courseware development and live-taught instruction to our external customers. • Lead instructor for Aprimo and Teradata Relationship Manager and Teradata Master Data Management. Provide customized training to external customers using their implementations of Teradata’s software application.• Only instructor in my department who participated in Consulting engagements when there was down-time in training. Have providing consulting services to Overstock.com, DSW, Electronic Arts, and Wal-Mart per customer request.
