Successfully delivered a strategic plan of implementing a design compliance audit (cold eyes review) of the EPC Contractor’s (CB&I) FEED and Pre-FID design deliverables with the intent of identifying contrac-tor compliance with Anadarko project philosophies and specifications whilst undertaking a gap analyses. This task alone was one of 3 priority fundamental key tasks derived by Senior Management to ensure the level of accuracy of the EPC Contractors LSTK price. As a direct result of my efforts, Senior Man-agement where able to prevent future change orders during project execution as a result of Contractor negligence;Completely reconfigured the existing Facilities Risk Register, Risk Matrix and Senior Management reporting format. These new tools dramatically improved the interpretation of potential project risks and mitigation plan;Drafted the development of the Project’s Interface Management Plan and Interface Responsibility Matrix which were crucial in establishing the foundation of how the project will manage scope between client and contractors;Facilitate review and comment of multiple project philosophies such as Isolation Philosophy, Emergency Shut Down Philosophy, IT/Telecoms and Security System Philosophy, Integrated Control and Safety System Design Philosophy, Mechanical Design Philosophy, Fire and Gas Detection Philosophy, LNG Facility Electrical Design Guidelines;Successfully managed a team of 8 engineering discipline leads to coordinate the review and comment of the Contractor’s EPC Scope of Work (SoW) and Basis of Design (BoD). These comments were then tracked and negotiated with the Contractor to assess their level of compliance and the subsequent im-pact on the LSTK price and schedule;Worked in conjunction with the Quality Team to investigate and establish a MoC (Management of Change) standard, process and identification of supporting documentation to be developed in prepara-tion of the EPC Contractor's LNTP award;

Project – Anadarko Mozambique LNG Development Project – FEED (Client representative)Project Value: $20 BillionResponsible for managing the Master Document Register for JFJ (JGC Fluor Joint Venture) document deliverables during the FEED and Pre-FID delivery phases;Ensured JFJ were technically and commercially compliant in accordance with the Project’s Scope and Basis of Design criteria to support their LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) bid price. Work effort focused on this task resulted in the Contractor being successfully evaluated by the Engineering Services team as the most technically compliant FEED design out of the 3 competing FEED Contractors;Successfully provided guidance to Contractor’s Project Management team with regards to ensuring they fully demonstrate compliance with Project Instructions and implementation of AMA1 approved Technical Query (TQ) responses into the Contractor’s Technical Proposal;Ensured the Contractor and the PMC team were aligned in achieving project dates. I worked closely with my JFJ Contractor counterparts and other project stakeholders to resolve and closeout outstanding is-sues by facilitating Action Item Register meetings;Accountable for reviewing, commenting and consolidating comments on Contractor document deliverables;Responsible for expediting Partner Technical Clarifications during the bid evaluation process, review and implement AMA1 Project Instructions into the EPC Scope of Work and Basis of Design; andProvide proactive project support through Pre-FID with the intent of driving the Contractor to achieve a successful winning EPC bid proposal.

Project – QGC QCLNG Upstream Project – (EPC Contractor)Project Value - $20 BillionManaged all Project Construction RFI/TQ queries for all Project Area Facilities across all engineering and project support disciplines (Compression, Pipelines, Trunklines, Wells);Developed and implemented a Construction RFI/TQ Project procedure to ensure RFI/TQ’s are issued and resolved with management approval; Developed the Project Reporting Dashboard which served to integrate the “live” master RFI/TQ register data, cost control billing hours to report Project productivity.Regularly interfaced with the client’s Construction Field Engineering Team regarding outstanding unre-solved construction issues and communicated the proposed course of action taking place to investigate and respond to issues formally; Interfaced with package engineers to ensure MDR were reviewed and accepted prior to being issued on site to support equipment installation.Project – Caltex Refinery Alky Feed Project – (EPC Contractor)Project Value - $50 MillionSuccessfully delivered the close out of all project construction scope, pre-commissioning activities and handover of project as built deliverables ;Form strong relations with the Client to define an agreed path forward to complete all construction works and punch list items in accordance with Caltex Standards and Specifications;Prepared as built piping isometrics and continuation item numbers that are compliant with Client standards and to ensure the design can be fully integrated;Understand and operate the customer’s Asset Management System and updated SAP with new equipment models for ongoing maintenance purposes and operation tracking;Submit monthly progress reports detailing the current works progress, current financial position of the project budget and identify work scheduled to be still completed;Managed Sub-Contractors to ensure work was completed, reviewed and approved in accordance with Client and Project specifications.

Project – KEP PWCS K7 Wharf Extension Project – (EPC Contractor) Project Value - $50 Million Coordinated and administered construction engineering activities to ensure the project was implemented in accordance with design, specification, construction lifting equipment and the construction schedule;Interpreted designs for fabrication consultation and on site construction supervision;Reviewed and improved existing designs as appropriate;Prepared site budgets in coordination with project controls and end of month reports; andImplemented company OH&S and QA policies and standards and procedures.Project – Airly Coal Handling Project – (EPC Contractor) Project Value - $78 MillionManaged all of the projects mechanical vendors and site Sub-Contractors, their respect purchase order execution and document expediting. I was involved with technical and commercial evaluation through to delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment including receipt of contractual vendor data which was reviewed in alignment with the project’s Quality Assurance plan;Overseeing and guiding the performance of 5 Site Engineers regarding works to be performed as well reviewing and signing equipment installation Check Sheets and ITP’s;Managed all incoming inspections, installations and alignments in accordance with the signed off Check Sheets and ITP’s;Managed all mechanical supply and TIC budgets; Weekly updates on construction activity schedules and mechanical deliveries, off site inspections and other engineering disciplines.
