Directed execution of same by staff of electrical and mechanical project and design engineers, including reviewing project plans prior to submittal to NASA customer; conducting weekly project status reviews with engineering staff and supporting procurement and fabrication groups; and relaying that status to multiple levels of NASA customers. On a monthly basis developed forward Estimate to Complete for each project with inputs from engineering and support groups, and provided raw data to finance group fro development of 533 financial report. Also responsible for developing and reporting variance explanations for any projects that broke cost or schedule variance thresholds.Interviewed and selected personnel for positions as necessary, and conducted annual reviews and salary planning. Maintained local ISO processes for engineering efforts, and supported quarterly audits of project files to ensure compliance with those processes.
