I was involved across the full sales cycle from the initial lead generation and cold call, through to meetings at C-level across multiple departments, and where necessary I coordinated our Data Insights, Tech Alliance and Agency Services teams to complete a deal. Once agreed, I was involved in technical implementation and training before handing over to our Account Management team.I worked across all industry sectors including some of the leading brands and groups within finance, travel, retail, energy, automotive, technology and telecoms. In this role I was tasked with selling our standard call tracking and analytics solution to new tier 3 clients, largely through online demonstrations and by developing a strong network of digital agencies to sell through the channel.In this environment our software is primarily used to understand digital marketing performance and I was required to learn a wide range of digital marketing techniques, along with an understanding of other software platforms and tools.
